The Process

My approach is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based practices, including CBT, DBT, mindfulness, person-centered therapy, and trauma-informed care.

I draw from a range of therapeutic frameworks to support meaningful, lasting change, with an emphasis on present-moment awareness and practical skills.

Together, we explore how past experiences and learned patterns may still be showing up in your daily life, while staying connected to what you’re experiencing right now.

The focus is on building insight, emotional regulation, and self-understanding—supporting greater ease within yourself and in your relationships.
